I have been with insight over 20 years and they charge for just about anything u do calling them putting money on ur card taking money off and atm fees u name it they charge u But what I like is u Gey

I cant access my money

Today I was informed that I had 240 dollars in my account but I can not access because I supposed to owe a company that I have no knowledge of owning my card number ends in 2733 and I know longer have that card anymore but I supposed to got a replacement card but instead I got new accout with green dot from the same company just a different location. Now they are telling me I owe them because they paid off a company called cbc mills that I have never heard off. My name is Reniqua Davis born 12/18/1990 is it possible I can get some type of help with this issue.

As of this date I am still trying to get provisional credit for $646. That was fraudulently taken from my account.

I had $1662. Taken from my account by someone.

As soon as I saw the activity on my account I called Insight and was told I have to wait until it posts to my account I can't file a complaint. Four days later I began the "Dispute" process. Ten business days later I received partial provisional credit and was informed that while two withdrawals were fraudulently obtained the other two, from the same ATM in the same city and all four completed in 30 minutes, I somehow am responsible for the last two transactions. This "investigation report" is an insult, and in my opinion, proof that Insight representative/(s) are not keeping personal information about the customers secure or protected.

Possibly even assisting others in the theft of funds from customers and covering their tracks by only granting partial compensation for fraudulent transactions. I have contacted the better businesses bureau and the consumer financial Protection agency and I urge anyone going through the Dispute process to do so as well. There are many cases pending/being investigated by both agencies.

BE DILIGENT! LOOK INTO this company BEFORE you trust them with your MONEY!!

They are Withholding government funds

It has been over 3 weeks i still dont have a card to my account which my childrens federal social security survivors benefits gets direct deposited into i have emailed them documents, I have used computer s and went to a library to try and update my information through their website but it never loads and I know it's not on my end if I'm using different computers or phones or etc. I have drove to six different supposed to be sister store locations in TN and In MS to get a replacement debit card to my account and or to update my address so I can have one mailed out to me, Every single one are now Green Dot and that was easy money, check into Cash , and more.

(I can have all names and times through my maps) after s explaining my situation I then got told by an employee at Easy Money that Insight should be able to transfer my Insight account to green dot but when I called Insight visa and talking to supervisors they told me it's not possible, even though they're still a part of Green Dot .Then last night (when once again after being charged a fee to the account I have no access to) an insight employee told me to drive 6 1/2 hours to another sister location to again pick up a replacement card and update my address So I called that location they are no longer Insight Visa they too are now Green Dot. Like are you kidding what if I would have drove there! and why are all of your locations changing to Green Dot and how come your employees don't know that? And what company treats their customers like this.

I've been charged now $13.00 just in live agent fees and still nobody will help me I can even tell you I've called so much that I can name 2 of the managers kyle and Alex and Alex hung up on me, because we have spoke so many times and the last time I spoke to him I asked him how would he feel if it was his children about to lose their home over a banking issue. And his response was I don't have any kids so your question is is pointless. That this time he simply just hung up on me.

At this point they are withholding a federal check from ( my children really) and stupidly I have been a loyal customer to them now for 3 years but you see how much they care and on top of stressing on how my rent is going to paid and how my kids are going eat or have electric , YOU KNOW SURVIVE I am going back and forth to st. jude because my daughter has tumors that need to be removed and a billion different tests need to be done and my car is really bad messed up I had money in my account I was saving for a car before her surgeries because we have air in the car and she is having to do all this testing and then ride all the way home with no air in this Tennessee heat Well google ads (which I didn't even know what that was at the time) took all the money I had saved in my insight account and when contacted the dispute department their employee even told me yeah I see that you have never been charged for this before and that this was unusual activity

to make a dispute but of course I can't get my money back and this is the second time that I've had money stolen for my account and they won't even help me get it back when I know for a fact all of theses businesses have insurance to cover stuff like this happening but no I got told to I to contact Google ads But apparently somebody made a Google ad in my name back in 2019 and I had no idea -so basically I got told to eat it- and everything I did have saved is now gone and while typing this all out I just spent 47 minutes on the phone with them and sent three more emails with attached documents of my Driver's License Social Security card and Copy's of my electric bills and spoke to Ben and he took my number down and told me once they get the email they will change my address and they can't overnight me a debit card but they will priority ship it 2 to 3 days and charge me another $40 I'm sorry 39.95 to be exact even after all of this I am stressed beyond stressed My only concern in worry should be about my child right now and I can't even because I'm jumping through hoops through the stupid company just to get my freaking money I truly need help

Contact Us- talk to a customer representative no such thing try finding someone to help you forget it only thing youll get is the automated system regardless of what number you press its hopeless and emailing isnt any better you dont get a response back in a timely manner even their support system is deplorable Insight Card is a joke if Id have known what I know now I wouldve never signed up for their prepaid card theres an old saying you get what you ask for boy didnt I

A transaction never made it to my card

On August 19 2022. I went into Amscot a finicial Institute to load $300 on my insight visa card, the money was never up loaded onto my card.

I have been going back and fourth with Amscot and Insight about my money being refunded to me.I asked that you email me a copy of my August statement and after several attempts you finally did, however Amscot is saying that they want to see something with my card # on it.

I am very frustrated about this whole process I have called you guys on several occasions trying to resolve this matter your immediate attention on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Can you please email me a copy of my statements for August and September and also enclose something with the actual card # on it so I can have my money refunded to me and by -the way I have gone back to the same Institute and have loaded money on my card and it was successful.

Website sucks, cant get an Authenticator code right away to log you in

Instant reloads work in fifteen minutes after you reload

Too many fees applies, if you purchase with a debit then its a charge

Its a fee to speak to customer service

If you miss one number on card with a online purchase its a fee

The customer service advised me their is no active account

Account is hacked the dispute process takes over one month to get your money back way too long
